What Is Outbound Learning?

Way back in 1940s – Dr. Kurt Hahn‚ a philosopher‚ outdoor person first developed the concept of using the outdoors as a tool in management training. The outdoors has many lessons which will enhance personal thresholds as well as group thresholds. The most obvious benefits‚ as more and more corporate houses are discovering‚ are in the core areas of team – building‚ leadership development‚ conflict – resolution and interpersonal skills.

In today’s corporate world‚ it is recognized that experiential learning adds more value to classroom learning for ability to solve a lot of issues that cannot even be raised in classroom situations. Experiential Learning leads to feel change‚ gives insight and the opportunity to understand. The experiential learning allows growth in all directions of a group of people who are together in nature with full of adventure to meet challenges together. It helps to enhance their personal thresholds as well as group thresholds.
